Orders

To place your order, simply enter your information in the spaces provided. You can place your order using the shopping cart that is available to you. To place your order, select your item, its size and color (if necessary), enter the desired quantity and click on “add to cart”. You can check, change or cancel you order at any time, as long as you haven’t completed your transaction. Once you are done with your shopping and have checked your order, click on “accept order” to access the payment page.

Unavailable products

If a product ordered is not available or cannot be delivered within the normal timeframe (discontinued product or product currently out of stock), a representative will contact you at the telephone number or email address you provided during checkout within 48 hours (working days). If you do not receive an email within this timeframe, this indicates that your order is being processed and will be processed as usual.

Quantity limits and sales to merchants

Distribution Sports Loisirs G.P. Inc. reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to limit the quantity of items purchased per person, per household or per order. This limitation right can be applied to past orders using the same account or the same credit card, as well as other orders with the same billing and (or) shipping address. Distribution Sports Loisirs G.P. Inc. will notify you if such limits are applied. At its sole discretion, Distribution Sports Loisirs G.P. Inc. reserves the right to prohibit sales to dealers or resellers. For the purposes of these conditions of sale, resale means the online purchase of a product on the company’s website for the purpose of a commercial sale to a third party.

Cancelling or changing an order

If you wish to change or cancel your order once your transaction has been completed, you must contact our customer service department at 1-800-387-5647 (toll-free) or call 418-684-2480. We will make every effort to fulfill your request. However, we cannot make any guaranties. No changes can be made to an order once the shipment has been completed. For more details, please read our return or exchange policy described in these pages.

Single shipping address

Only one shipping address is accepted per order. If you wish to have your merchandise shipped to multiple addresses, please contact our customer service at 1-800-387-5647 (or 418-684-2480) to make the necessary arrangements.

Billing

The invoice for your order will be sent by email, and a copy will be enclosed with the shipment of that order.

Price

The prices displayed on our website are in Canadian dollars. These prices are subject to change without notice. However, the products will always be billed at the price indicated at the time of transaction.

Payment

The following payment methods are accepted: Credit cards (VISA, MASTERCARD). If one or more products are unavailable at the time of you online order, we will deduct their value prior to final approval of the payment.

Taxes

The taxes added to your order are those in effect under the under federal, provincial and tax laws in keeping with the shipping address associated with your order. Taxes are also applied to shipping and handling charges on all orders.

Taxes will be reimbursed for any return of merchandise with refund. No shipping tax can be refunded once a shipment has been completed.

Shipping and handling costs

Following your transaction online, you will receive by e-mail a confirmation of your order with shipping costs and taxes indicated.

Shipping address

An order can be delivered either at a residential address, a business address or at any other address indicated when the order is completed. Postal boxes are not accepted as a delivery address.

Delivery delays

The delivery of an order is generally completed in a span time of five ( 5 ) to ten ( 10 ) working days (from Monday to Friday, hollidays not included ). Please count up to twelve ( 12 ) working days for a remote address delivery.

Transporter

Online orders shipping is executed by Canada Post and is made through Canada and USA ( where service is assured by US Postal Service under subcontracting). Canada Post take the engagement to leave the package at the closest Canada Post counter in case if there is noboby home at delivery time at the address given at the order completion. A delivery notice card will be left indicating how to recuperate your package. No ID is required for a delivery at home, however an ID card with picture will be demanded to recuperate your package at Canada Post counter.

Delivery tracking

At the moment your order is shipped, Canada Post will send you an e-mail at e-mail adress supllied at ordering. Canada post e-mail will confirm you that your package has left our warehouse and will give you the tracking number to use to follow your shipment.

International shipping

Presently, we only ship to Canda and USA.
