Exchange and return policy by mail

Items purchased online can be exchanged by mail within thirty (30) days or returned within fifteen (15) days of receipt, provided that the items are returned in their original condition, i.e., unused and unworn or washed (clothing).

Any custom clothing, i.e., clothing that has been printed, sublimated, numbered, embroidered or made to order, cannot be returned or exchanged, and its sale is considered final.

Defective items purchased online will be exchanged within thirty (30) days or refunded within fifteen (15) days from the date of receipt of your order, provided that the merchandise is returned in its original condition, i.e., unused and unworn or washed. Shipping costs for the return of a defective product will be paid by Distribution Sports Loisirs G.P. Inc. The new item will be returned with free shipping or handling.

For each request for exchange or return by mail, you must complete the exchange or return form available online. We will email you a return label that you must print and affix to the return package, which must be deposited at a Canada Post outlet. We will not refund any shipping costs if you return a package in any other way.

When a product is exchanged, we will contact you to confirm the desired product’s availability as well as the delivery details for this new item. If the price of the new item is lower, we will credit the corresponding amount by the original method of payment upon receipt of the returned merchandise. Should the price be higher, we will ask the necessary information for you to pay for the difference.

In the case of a refund, we will credit the amount by the same payment method used when the initial order was first placed online. The amount credited excludes shipping and handling charges and taxes applied to such an amount, if any, which were included in the cost of the initial order. These costs shall be borne by the customer.

Exchanges or returns made at our offices

Items purchased online can be exchanged within thirty (30) days or returned within fifteen (15) days from the date of receipt of your order purchased online to our offices located at the address mentioned above, provided that the merchandise is returned in its original condition, i.e., unused and unworn or washed. You must present your original invoice for your online purchase, i.e., the invoice you received by email on the invoice that was attached to your package.

Price adjustment

Please note that no price adjustment will be given for purchases made at the online store. Exchange or return policies will prevail.
